Those of you who are longing for a new SSD can start saving. Intel has lowered the prices of all of its SSDs. Intel X25-M 160GB has been cut by around 20% to around $800. If you’re interested in the smaller 80GB model it has been cut even harder; close to 30% down to around $400. This means that it now costs less than the sibling X25-M 32GB. We suspect that this model will also drop in price soon. Good news for those who are looking for a new harddrive and with lower prices we can expect more SSDs to find their ways into more computers.
