Intel will be the first to release processors made with 32 nanometer technology. It’s been known for some time that the processor maker will launch the Clarkdale and Arrandale architecture in Q4 2009 and now we have a specific date. On December 10 the first Clarkdale processors will reach stores, branded both Core i3 and Core i5. Intel will launch a bunch of new CPUs, revealed earlier.

Together with the new processors Intel will release three new chipsets, Intel Q57, H57 and H55. These mainly handle I/O functionality since memory controller and graphics circuit are nowadays found inside the CPU.

On January 7, 2010 OEM partners are expected to release armadas of Clarkdale systems, which will later be followed by mobile Arrandale systems.
