Apple is a really large consumer of NAND-flash memory and it is today buying large portions of memory chips from both Samsung and Toshiba. Tosbiha has strong bonds to SanDisk, which also buys a lot of memory chips, which makes Apple doubt how much chips it can actually buy from Toshiba.
