Windows 7 is still in the beta stage, but even if we are still waiting for the final version of Microsoft’s new operating system, whose Release Candidate should appear on May 5th, all the more software developers are starting to show their support for Windows 7. Even if the operating system may still change in many ways before the launch, the foundation should remain the same. During the week that passed several interesting programs was updated to support Windows 7.



Daemon Tools is a program recognized by most PC users. The program is used to emulate optical media, like CDs and DVDs, stored on the harddrive. In the past the developers have stated that it does not support beta versions of the operating system, but it has now released Daemon Tools Lite version 4.30.4 with Windows 7 support.
