Intel has released new budget processors in the Celeron E3x00 series. The processors we told you about during the summer operates at 2.4GHz and 2.5GHz respectively, with 800MHz processor bus and 1MB L2 cache. Celeron E3200 and Celeron E3300 has been listed in stores nearby with prices around $45 and $55. The processors spawn from the 45nm node and are specified at 65W, and even though the price is low, they sport Intel’s Virtualization Technology.

The technology also known as ‘VT’ is hotter than ever with Microsoft’s upcoming launch of Windows 7. Virtualization is required to run the built-in Windows XP Mode that enables users to run older programs in Windows 7 through a virtualized Windows XP operating system.
