Microsoft’s development of Internet Explorer was more or less dead for a long time, but after that Mozilla and the rest started gaining more and more market shares, Microsoft realized it had to do something. Internet Explorer 7 was eventually released and through it we got a much more secure Windows when Internet Explorer 6 could finally be put behind us, something that should’ve happened a long time ago. Microsoft has realized that it can’t stop now though, but has to continue developing its browser and has now released a video where it shows off the coming Internet Explorer 8.
