Microsoft has finished the new Windows 7 operating system and started launching related products. One of the first is a so called desktop bundle, with both keyboard and mouse, called Microsoft Wireless Comfort Desktop 5000. As the name reveals, the components are wireless and operate over the 2.4GHz radio wavelength. Microsoft decided to go with an ergonomic design for the new set.

The keyboard uses Microsoft’s Comfort Curve layout that is ergonomically approved and offers better support for wrists and forearms.

The keyboard has a bunch of easy access keys called Taskbar Favorites dedicated to functions found in Windows 7.

The Wireless Comfort Desktop 5000 is the perfect companion for Windows 7 because it gives people smart ways to make everyday computing tasks easier. A new time-saving feature called Taskbar Favorites gives Microsoft keyboard users an easy way to access their open programs.

The mouse of the bundle comes with Microsoft’s new BlueTrack technology that will handle pretty much any surface imaginable, and it has an ambidextrous and clean design. Microsoft Wireless Comfort Desktop 5000 costs $65.
